Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement is established electronically between the parties below, pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, because BeCited's subscriptions are sold from Türkiye. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service.

1. The Parties

Service provider: Astro Tasarım Simay Yenice, registered in Türkiye. Contact: hello@becited.co. Full registered address and trade registry details are available on request by email.

Payment collector: Creem acts as Merchant of Record and collects and invoices payment on the service provider's behalf.

Buyer: you, identified by the name and email address you provide when signing up for the Service.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is access, by subscription, to the BeCited GEO/SEO visibility measurement software (becited.co, the "Service"). The scope and limits of the Service are set out in our Terms of Service. BeCited is a measurement and reporting tool, not legal, tax, or professional advisory service.

3. Nature and Price of the Service

• The Service is a software subscription delivered electronically; there is no physical delivery.
• Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing section and at checkout. The amount shown at checkout is the total amount due, inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Unless cancelled, a subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.
• Fees are collected in advance by credit card or another payment method offered by Creem.

4. Performance

Access to the Service is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. By completing checkout, you expressly request that performance of the Service begin immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period below has elapsed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and the conditions for exercising it, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may not be exercisable for services whose performance has begun, with your approval, before the withdrawal period expires. Regardless, we voluntarily offer an unconditional refund for the first 14 days, as described in that policy.

6. Protection of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and, for Turkish users, our KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to Consumer Arbitration Committees in the buyer's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to Consumer Courts above those limits. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

8. Effective Date

By completing checkout, the buyer confirms having read and accepted this Agreement. The Agreement takes effect upon completion of payment, and a copy is sent to the buyer's email address.
